This dermal filler is formulated with lidocaine to reduce any discomfort associated with the injections, and, at the patient’s request, an additional topical numbing cream can be applied prior to an injection session. Restylane®  injections typically take approximately 30 minutes, though the length of an injection session can vary from patient to patient.
